Since I was little, I love Mandarin Hotel's fruitcakes! I'm not really familiar with cakes, but the cake is similar to cheesecake... and it's the best cake I've tasted (besides my aunt's Tiramissu and fruitcake).! The fruit was covered with melted sugar so they're not sour. I'll give it 8 of 10!
